These are the 6 Letter styles you should know.  Full blocked letter style In a full block business letter, every component of the letter (heading, address, salutation, body, salutation, signature, identification, enclosures) is aligned to the left. Also, first sentences of paragraphs are not indented.      2. Semi-blocked letter style Semi-block  is similar to block but has a more informal appearance. All elements are left-aligned, except for the beginning of each paragraph, which is indented five spaces. Paragraphs are separated by a double line space.       3. Blocked letter style In block format, the entire text is left aligned and single spaced.     Paz Benitez Born in 1894 in   Lucena , Tayabas (now   Quezon ). Marquez – Benítez authored the first Filipino modern English language short story,   Dead Stars , published in the Philippine Herald in 1925. Born into the prominent Marquez family of Quezon province, she was among the first generation of Filipino people trained in the American education system which used English as the medium of instruction. She graduated high school in Tayabas High School now, Quezon National High School. She was a member of the first freshman class of the University of the Philippines, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1912. Two years after graduation, she married UP College of Education Dean Francisco Benítez with whom she had four children. The difference between history and literature The key difference: History promises to tell the truth. Literature includes fiction, which by definition is not the truth. for example: Kurt Vonnegut's Mother Night  Kurt Vonnegut wrote  Mother   Night  based on a real person: an American who lived in Berlin before and during World War II and who did broadcast Nazi propaganda on the radio. Vonnegut believed that this man was really an American spy, and he wrote his novel to demonstrate the point. But ... this is the key point ... Vonnegut may have been right or wrong on this matter. His novel does not promise us to be the truth and nothing else. Fiction has no place in history. But history can have a place in literature, both fact and fiction.
